Inspired by traveling to Morocco, and fueled by my longing to see India, the ‘Adventure Within’ collection uses the shapes and palettes of these exotic places to create dreamy interpretations of their ancient cities. But at the heart of this work is a call to go inward, to deepen into the quiet of your own mind and to discover the greatest treasure of all- your true self.

My intention is that you, the viewer, feel the exhilaration of flying through the painted magical cites while simultaneously being grounded in deep peace. As your eye moves around the canvas you are encouraged to imagine you are flying on your own magical carpet. You may find that this combination of pleasure and contentment can be found by closing your eyes, quieting your mind, and exploring the depths of your sub conscience.
