The snow and cold has been incredible in Minnesota throughout December !! And yet we keep moving forward and find ourselves already in January and a new year. This small painting was inspired by a beautiful, sunny, warm summer day in St. Paul. I keep these images in my mind as this new year begins. Painting the warmth and sunshine make it feel real. Summer is not far away !!
