Sunflowers are bold, bright, colorful and simple- not as ornate as some other flowers. There is so much to see, up close, in a Sunflower, in the yellow petals and in and on the lush and fullsome green leaves. I chose a slightly different perspective of the flower, from beneath the crown of petals. Perhaps not as bright, but more interesting in the diversity of colors, shapes and interconnections.
