My husband and I traveled to Portugal and inevitably saw many old, beautiful churches in that Catholic country. In Porto, we visited an ancient stone church that kept pretty red flower bouquets in the baptismal fonts or basins. This painting also shows one of the traditional Portuguese tiles that one can find in most store and street vendors throughout Portugal.
