Cheesecake is my favorite dessert, topped with red cherry topping. Cheesecake is sublime not only for its taste but also for the stark contrasts in colors. Here, in my oil painting, the bright cherry topping looks so luscious, a friend called me when she saw a post of the painting, and asked me for the recipe.
