Since destroyed. A mural done with zero budget! Donated paint, movable scaffold lent by the City, all labor by building owners, my family and friends.
Painted with friends and donated material and cherry pickers. Client was Architecture Firm. in building. Destroyed in the late 90's. I proposed a replacement, budget of $40 K was rejected.
