I often put words of hopes, dreams and prayers underneath my abstract layers to guide my work. My hope is to create something bigger and grander than myself and share it with the world. In doing so, I hope it gives others permission to do the same, whether or not it's with paint.
When my dad was going through cancer our family had a motto “Miracles Happen.” I believe they are all around us if we take the time to look.
