Thanks for your interest in my art. Here is a description of the Art on Loan offering.
The Gallery is filling up with artists work that we are all producing in this “Stay at Home and Paint” order. I would prefer that my work was hanging on friends and families’ walls rather than being stored in the back room of the LCCCA Gallery at La CumbrePlaza or in my studio. I’m offering short-term loans of 3-6 months of any of my paintings that are displayed on this website and marked as Available.
If the art is listed as Consigned or Reserved it should be available in the near future unless it is sold.
I believe an original painting on your wall is better than one in storage. I will deliver framed and ready to hang, including a wall hanger. If the painting sells online during the lending period I would ask for it back, otherwise it is yours to enjoy for the agreed on lending period. Once the loan period has expired you may request another painting. If this feels pushy that is not my intention. I just want others to enjoy art as much as I do creating it.
To clarify there is no charge or expectation to this lending program, other than you like something that you see on my website.
