Two polar bears in winter’s white,
Nestled close in fading light.
The Arctic winds may howl and bite,
But love keeps out the endless night.
A crimson Hudson’s Bay embrace,
Stripes of warmth, a soft embrace.
Beneath the stars in frozen space,
They find a world of quiet grace.
Paws entwined, their breath so slow,
Heartbeats hum beneath the snow.
No words are needed, none are said,
Just fur and warmth and woven red.
A moment’s hush, the cold stands still,
The northern lights bend to their will.
In ice and frost, where few dare roam,
Together, they have found their home.
