A sweet little bird, a junco, takes his place perched upon a branch against a light aqua background. This bird is cute and charming but still very contemporary. The coloured glazing in the junco creates a beautiful contrast to the background.

This piece is painted on wood, a cradled panel, 1.5" deep with the sides left as finished wood so that it can be displayed tastefully with or without a frame.
