ARTIST'S NOTE: "Red Tide" is an abstract artwork on canvas recalling the chronic, harmful algal blooms - 'red tides' in the waves that I saw during summers on Fairfield, Connecticut, beaches in the mid-1970s.

DETAILS - Acrylic paint on canvas prepped with two more coats of gesso.
Artwork sealed with gloss Polycryl™.
Artwork framed with a simple, grey wood frame made by artist with picture wire installed for portrait orientation.
Includes signed Certificate of Authenticity.
