This is a small painting on watercolor paper in ink and watercolor. It's part of the Entanglement series, but it's a late member of that group and things are starting to get a little bit untangled.

This painting has multiple zones in it, despite it's small size. That is to say there are different things going on in different segments of the painting. This is atypical for an entanglement paining, which tend to be fairly homogenous at a medium scale. There is more of a sense of space between the layers in this painting than most Entanglement paintings as well. It's almost more an alien landscape than a cosmic starscape.
