Artist: Alfred Moussa (Lebanese, b. 1973)
Alfred Moussa is a photographer, lecturer, and advisor, who was born in Batroun, North Lebanon, in 1973.
He is currently a coordinator at the Library’s Digitization Center of the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik, (USEK), Lebanon, and a collector of archives, manuscripts, private collections, and rare materials.
He participates annually in the Photokina International Photography Fair and belongs to several international organizations for photography and digitization.
Alfred organized art exhibitions in Lebanon, Switzerland, France, the United States of America, Germany, Mexico, the United Arab Emirates (Expo 2020), and Qatar.
He received different international awards; we mention the Photo Laureates Award, Georgetown University Award, and Word Press Photo Award.
He shared his photos with the Ministry of Environment, the Ministry of Tourism, and different convents of the Catholic Church in Lebanon.
He was the exclusive photographer of the “Hayda Libnein” program on LBC, which has covered more than 1100 Lebanese villages.
Alfred is a supporter of photography and digitization projects, especially the ones that shed light on the history, civilization, and culture of Lebanon.
