The Montana Painters Alliance is a group of professional Montana artists who gather twice annually and paint en plein air at various locations. In October of this year the MPA gathered in Lincoln, MT. The weather held out until the last day and then the scene had to be quickly captured ahead of rain under the hatchback cover of my car.
