Inspired from the article "Reanimating 'Cabaret', One Frame at a Time". Hal Prince, the director of the 1966 original musical, had the show photographed in dress rehearsal and throughout the run with more than 3,000 photos. They were digitized and the kiss of technology seemed to awaken the show's sleeping aura. I love everything Fosse! In the 90's, I would drive to NY with friends to take Robert Tucker's class at Steps. He was Bob Fosse's assistant choreographer. The Fosse dancers with their long legs were towering over me... I was in heaven.
