Everyone who loves a good cross country road trip knows the rhythm of passing landscape and sky. This was inspired by the rhythm of passing landscape and sky during my late summer journey from Portland, Oregon to NE Wyoming via the Columbia Gorge then crossing into eastern Washington, a little bit of Idaho, and then the vastness that is Montana and the big open sky of the width of Wyoming.
Part of the Eastward to Wyoming series and painted during Jental Arts residency.
