Shown unframed. Why I enjoy doing this type of work: starting with one of my favorite processes, a layered monotype print. Along the way, becoming inspired to take it to a new dimension in using the prints as a fragmented set of different images, they become something new and altogether different from the starting point. Adding mixed media color, hand applied, is typically oil pastel, crayon, graphite, colored pencil, and sometimes other media.
Note: current price reflects the framed art. Black wood frame.
Working in series happens for me naturally, since I typically will work on more than one piece at a time and each leads to the next.
