Morning light streams across the open sided yards of Kinchega woolshed.
Kinchega Woolshed near Menindee NSW was built in the 1880s and has seen 6 million sheep shorn and employed many hundreds of workers. A huge amount of wool was barged down the nearby Darling River. It has been empty since 1967, but is protected by National Parks.
