This is another memory from my childhood. My parents owned an old army jeep and my father loved to explore the Nicolet National Forest. Their cottage was located next to the forest land. "McCascin Mountain" was one of dad's favorite places to explore! At one time someone must have lived on it because there was old fencing in some areas. Trails could be washed out on that mountain, but made it even more fun to explore. This artwork was on exhibit at the Rahr West Museum as part of the Waters Edge Artists, "Art of Preservation" exhit in 2020.
