Alexandra Verboom Fritz
Douglas Lake, BC
Painting the traditional west alive today North of the boarder.
Message"Weathered and Worn" portrays a cowboy, his horse, and his loyal cowdog pausing after a long day in stormy mountains. Using expressive oil techniques, I highlighted the wear and resilience etched into their features, symbolizing years of hard work. The dramatic sky and rugged landscape reflect the unpredictable challenges of ranch life, celebrating the steadfast spirit of those who persevere through adversity.
