Four artists worked with community organizations: Kingsley House, Unity for the Homeless, Central City EOC Multi-Purpose Center, and The Green Project, and their constituents, ages 4 - 98, to produce four very distinct and creative fish. The four fish are part of the City of New Orleans' public art collection.

The Green Project, a recycling and used-materials resource center, is available to all residents of New Orleans. Artist Patricia Hulin, through formalized classes and informal "walk-in" sessions, worked with people of all ages and backgrounds to produce "Tour du Poisson." It is located at the Carousel Gardens in City Park.
