Titan the Bison is an interactive internally projected light sculpture with a thin white plastic skin stretched over a triangular grid wireframe skeleton made of welded steel rod. Two 3.5k lumen projectors seamlessly light the twenty-foot beast from the inside. A high resolution video camera mounted to the belly of the animal captures viewers and is ported into software where it is mixed live with motion graphics to provide instantaneous interactive visual feedback to amazed spectators on its illuminated skin.
Originally designed as a float for the Space Viking Mardi Gras Krewe, the extremely rare white space buffalo is their clan's spirit animal. Majestic white fur, powerful horns, and a stoic nature insures that Titan the Bison has a very bright future in this galaxy.
To courage and honor, Valhalla calls!
