Four artists worked with community organizations: Kingsley House, Unity for the Homeless, Central City EOC Multi-Purpose Center, and The Green Project, and their constituents, ages 4 - 98, to produce four very distinct and creative fish. The four fish are part of the City of New Orleans' public art collection.

Total Community Action/Central City EOC Multi-Purpose Center is an after-school tutoring program for inner-city grade school children. Artist Nathan Thomas helped participants use math and reasoning skills to produce the design for the Stars and Stripes fish. It is located at the 6th District Police Station.
