Our design honors the city's iconic spirit, bridging past and present. We envision the plaza as a welcoming hub, where locals and tourists unite to experience the best of New Orleans. The underpass pillar design symbolizes the city's foundation, supporting its rich heritage. The exterior pillars serve as a prelude to the experience, featuring:

• Instruments in symphony, representing the rhythmic heartbeat of New Orleans.
• Nature blooming, illustrating how the city's culture nourishes both locals and visitors

Upon entering the plaza, discover columns showcasing iconic aspects of New Orleans from Culinary delights to Cultural Icons. The columns also blend plant life with the flowing movements of the Mississippi River, celebrating the city's dynamic energy and the joy of second lines. Our design ensures that every visitor is touched by the city's magic, in a city renowned for its vibrant culture. Our art is a testament to the city we adore. New Orleans’ vibrant energy seeps into every aspect of our work, guiding our brush strokes and fueling our passion. We are forever writing love letters to NOLA, one work of public art at a time.

This project was completed by an all-women and gender non-conforming team of local muralists, including 59 columns and 17 beams in less than 17 days, with over 34, 663 square footage.
