When Jarrad McKay started tattooing at age 15, it took his art to another level. From there he began to put more focus into painting on canvas. ​In December 2015 McKay presented his first solo art show, "Retro Spective," a series of paintings geared towards his outlook and life experiences in the ghettoes in New Orleans in the 1990s. Barely one year later McKay presented a new series in his second solo art show, "Year of the Camo." His successful third show, "Year of the Camo 2," debuted in 2021.
