ABOUT THE ARTIST - JAMES OVERSTREET:
James Overstreet is a Wyoming based oil painter drawn to the expressive power of paint. He earned an AA in art at Laramie County Community College in 2014, then his BFA from Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design in 2017, and has exhibited throughout the western U.S.
"I chase paint! Its color, texture, and rhythm. Pushing it to speak louder, softer, stranger. Every brushstroke is a new question, and I'm in no rush for answers."
