The "National Guard" sculpture is incorporated into a granite monument on the corner of Central Ave and E. 24th St, just across the street from the Wyoming State Capitol Building and just north of the Wyoming State Museum. It honors and recognizes those Wyoming citizens that have served in the Air and Army National Guard.
