This is a private memorial installed on a small, traffic island park just northwest of the Herschler Building in Cheyenne, WY. It was erected by Cal and Rudolphia Holliday as a memorial to their thirteen-year-old son, Frank, who died of an appendectomy in 1923. Cal Holliday was a Cheyenne businessman and mayor in the city's early days.
