Elizabeth will be sketching a rural area near mountains in Eastern Europe while discussing the benefits of sketching from life, how via a "notan" to anchor a concept, and how to accomplish a reasonable finish in an hour! Elizabeth will also talk about the benefits of using a viewfinder. If you are registered for the event, you'll receive a supply list and reference photo to draw along with Elizabeth!
Linda will be discussing the "ugly stage" of paintings and some basic questions that can help us out of this stage to create a glorious, eye-catching painting. She'll continue to work on the painting she started during previous CC&C's and use other paintings in her studio to discuss composition, reading a painting, and how to step back to address the blind spots we have while in the zone.
