There are many things I feel about this piece; the haunched tiredness, the quiet gaze, the stretched neck, and the many items that float through the space. It speaks to the true lack of ownership we have, despite our attachments. Nothing is actually ours. And as we make meaning of our engagements with our lives, held either by time, space, object, feeling, or action, they are not who we are. Believing so results in a separation from ourselves.
