To honour the gravity of Ascari’s legacy, Allan Buch has split the canvas not just visually, but emotionally.
The upper half, rendered in sepia tones, evokes the feel of an aged photograph - deliberately weathered by time, as if pulled from the pages of a long-forgotten motorsport archive. It captures not only the man, but the myth - frozen in the golden haze of memory.
