Excerpt from artist’s Impact Statement: "I'm not an adult yet, so I'd think that I might not be able to change much in our world. But then, looking at Sheyann Webb and seeing she was a part of the change to end segregation at just eight years old shows me that age doesn't matter when you're trying to make a difference. As long as you are willing to do your best, to do whatever it takes to make that change, then you will succeed."
