Excerpt from artist’s Impact Statement: "[Tran Ngor] told us as a prisoner he was treated horribly and had little food so his body got weaker and weaker but his spirt stayed strong. Just like a tiger on the end of its run becomes older and weaker, yet they still have the strong spirit of the 'king of the jungle'. This is where I got the vision of Harry being represented as a tiger in my drawing."
