Print #10 from the "Harlequin Series" of ten prints loosely based on Pablo Picasso's masterpiece "Les Demoiselles d'Avignon", now hanging in the Museum of Modern Art in New York. This piece shows the rake or sailor being confronted by a male and female couple acting as keepers at a gate.
The work was created using a single copper plate etching, aquatint, sugarlift and spitbite in the Hope Sufferance print studios in London.
Signed under image and numbered 7/30. Image is approx 12"x12" on 24"x24" 350gsm Zerkall paper.
