Metamorphosis carries overtones of personal renewal, so this print is a sort of transcendental ransom note, created for a project at Lower East Side Printshop. The edition is hand printed using the traditional Japanese hanga woodcut technique, printed in five colors with a baren on kozo fiber paper.
