This piece delves into the tension between expression and restraint, capturing the moment when words and stories are on the tip of our tongues, yet remain unspoken. It reflects the inner struggle of wanting to share, to be heard, but feeling held back by an invisible obstacle—a knot in the throat, a fear that silences us.
“Silent” symbolizes the emotional weight of unexpressed thoughts, exploring the vulnerability and fear that can cut us off from communication. Through this work, I invite viewers to reflect on the moments when silence says more than words and how fear can stifle our voices.
