Drawing was inspired by visit to Eastern NC and the lakes and landscape in the Pungo Lake area. Walnut ink was made from black walnuts gathered in Raleigh, NC. Drawing was made from walnut ink, Dr. Ph Martin's ink, and layers of gouache.
