Cup Noodle takes us back to student stores. It takes us back to using sugar, sodium and caffeine to make it through our next class. It calls to mind a myriad of memories. Cup Noodle is the food of our high school hallways and our debt-ridden college students. Cup Noodle is cheap and non-nutritious. But we are fed. We have energy to go to the next task. Lunch on the GO is the third piece in a series about how the most common things are little hints at our wealth and privilege. These pieces are a personal reminder that if I can afford to be a consumer then I can afford to be a giver.
