Depicts the home of Obediah W. Cutler (1846-1929) of Suspension Bridge (Niagara Falls), New York. Cutler worked as a publisher for the Lockport Union newspaper. He later became mayor of the newly-formed city of Niagara Falls in 1895, serving several terms.
