Memorial for Charles N. Klammer of the 149th New York Volunteers. He enlisted in Syracuse, New York in 1862, mustered as a private. Klammer was captured in action May 3, 1863 at Chancellorsville, Virginia. He was paroled and mustered out June 12, 1865 near Bladensburg, Maryland.
