This transition brought much suffering to the citizenry. The government exercised an inconsiderate, discompassionate attitude similar to the way we carelessly throw plastic bags and bottles everywhere, blocking the gutters and breeding more mosquitoes...
On and on it goes..., the cycle spins... created and driven by us.
Thousands of used plastic bags that hold the collective memories of the many people who used them, those who sourced them, and all who assist in my work. The bags are calm, still, silent, yet loud.
