For my solo show I've reframed these works in a modern, white floater frame.
Down by the Creekside (series) from 2017-2018 is based on the colors and reflective light of the greenbelt waterways in and around Austin. They represent an important transition period in my artwork. In these somewhat muted paintings, I blend a painterly style with crisp-edged line work that also flows and curves.
