In a weekend workshop, a group of about ten painters, working from the same model who was holding a pole, created a painting in which the figure held something different. I decided on a sign and asked the model what words she'd like to use. Keep Asking Questions was her suggestion, stemming from experiences in her life where persistence paid off.
