Andrea is a writer and writing educator interested in the natural world and humans’ experience in it. Although she originally went to the Everglades to complete a draft of a novel partially set there, she ended up becoming more interested in her own experiences in the park, ultimately publishing an essay in The Wanderlust Review based on her time in the park. She continues to write and publish fiction and nonfiction.
