In 2002 Charles Meyers and I were among the first artists to experience the wonderful residency founded by my close friend and artist and co-founder of AIRIE Donna Marxer. We worked very hard for a month and at the end put up an exhibition of the work we produced. The oil painting Eco-glades was painted in anticipation of our upcoming residency.
