Urban Flux Exhibition

Sabeena Jindal is a self taught NYC-based contemporary mixed media artist known for creating modern works with complex layers, vibrant colours and bold energy. Jindal has shown in galleries in New York City, the Hamptons, Westchester, Connecticut, New Jersey and Florida; and was featured at Spin NYC, Susan Sarandon’s table tennis clubs

As a child, she spent summers in her grandparents’ ancestral home in Punjab and fell in love with the serene chaos of life in India. The throngs of people, animals and rich textures both ancient and modern intertwined together create a vibrant patchwork of life - awakening her imagination into her art.

Jindal's art is a mix of media combining images, textures, vintage memorabilia, torn posters, and colours with iconic subjects that fascinate and unite us. She aims to visually stimulate the viewer to notice a new detail every time you see her art – evoking memories, emotions, and appreciate the hidden beauty in the world around you.
