Guo Qipeng is an artist specialising in sculptures, based in Baotou, Inner Mongolia. He graduated from the Decorative Sculpture Department of Tsinghua Academy of Fine Arts in 1995 and is a member of the Sculpture Professional Committee of the China Arts and Crafts Association. Guo's works have been collected by international and Chinese galleries, art institutions and individuals. Additionally, his award-winning works have been exhibited in the United States, Europe, France and Italy for exchange and study.

Guo's accomplishments include the "Grassland Eagle" which won the "Sculpture Magazine Original Award" at the 20th China Sculpture Forum 2019, and "Happy Home" that was selected for the Red Centennial Inner Mongolia in 2021. He was awarded the 1st Labor Medal at the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in 2023.
