Aakanksha is an oil painter and digital artist, based in Singapore. Working as a fund manager for more than a decade, and now a full-time artist for the past 2 decades, she combines her influences from the finance and art worlds to create her signature art style ‘ChartScapes.’

Her works reside in collectors' homes across Hong Kong, Japan, India, US, Europe and the UK.   Her dual influences – being an investor, studying numbers and graphs; and an artist – forms a perfectly balanced yin and yang in her life. From the amalgamation of these two worlds – The ChartScapes Series was born, where financial events and charts morph into art, taking on a new life and form.

Using the intensity of colours and movements, Aakanksha’s artworks walk the fine line separating the physical and the metaphysical, the real and the abstract – creating an almost surreal existence.
