The inclusion of "England" indicates a manufacture date of c. 1891-1908. This delicate pattern features stems of five-petaled flowers mirroring each other on top and bottom edges of the plate. There is a butterfly in the empty space on the left and a moth on the right. The molded handles are decorated with gilded lines.
