This work was inspired by a recent rig dive in the Gulf of Mexico. If you go far enough from shore (say, 30-40 miles) the water turns a lovely deep blue color. This work represents calm water seen from the just above the surface, with reflections of sky and very light foam. A glass-like resin finish adds depth and dimension to the work.
